After-School Program-Operates Mon.-Fri. 3-6pm and 1-5:30pm on Wednesday

Payment Chart/Tuition Fee Schedule:

(Payments are made via the BrightWheel App. Invite will be sent once registration papers are submitted.)

Registration Fee(non-refundable)

$30/child, $45/2 or more children enrolled

*All fees are subject to change. Please communicate with Director in a timely manner if your financial circumstances change. We are here to help.

3-6pm                                                                                    

4 days- $300

4 days -$340 w/Wed. early release

5 days-$400 includes Wed. early release                                                                                                                                                     

Wednesdays Only Extended Day 1-5pm

$90  monthly

Emergency Drop-In Service: Required forms must be completed and required fee must be paid on the day of service. Emergency drop-in is dependent on space availability/student to staff ratio on that day. (please email director for space availability) 

Emergency drop-in service is for any child who does not regularly attend the aftercare program but may on occasion require service due to an emergency. 

Fee: $40 Mon., Tues., Thurs. or Fri. 3-6pm

$50 Weds. 1-5:00pm

Late Tuition Payment Fee: (All tuition payments are due on the 28th of each preceding month)

$5/day starting on the 2nd day of the month will be invoiced to you if payment has not been made and you have not reached out to the director. Failure to pay late fee invoices will result in dismissal from the program until invoice has been paid.

Late pick up fee- All students should be picked up before or by 6pm.

There will be a $1 per min. late fee if you arrive after the 6pm closing time and $2 per min. after the first 5 minutes of lateness.

Sibling Discount

20% off total monthly rate- for second child

30% off total monthly rate- for three or more children

(Ex. child 1-$400, child 2 with 20% discount-$320, child 3 with 30% discount- $280

total would be $1000.)

Field Trip Fees:

Varies depending on destination

** As of June 2026, there is still a freeze on funding for the Maryland Childcare Scholarship Program. Funds for the program are limited and families may be placed on a waitlist.
